Go to google site (not the browser toolbar) Type "time New York"
without Enter. Wait for a second for google to build up its cache. It
will then show you the current local time.

Now I think you can also hit Enter.

Make sure the 'search tools' is enabled. I think browser toolbar fails
for this reason.

combine audio songs from 2 CDs to 1

First I start Nero express audio CD -> audio CD. Then I select the songs from 1st source cdROM. Then put in 2nd source cdROM and select more.

Then put in Writable disk and burn. You get an Audio CD that you can play directly in windows media player (and hopefully a discman).

To power down completely, use start menu -> shutdown drop-down

This morning (18 Mar) my winxp laptop Suddenly lost connectivity to internet. My laptop has 2 wireless adapter + wired adapter. All appears "connected" according to the OS.

I noticed android and wife's winxp laptop were still working fine wirelessly, so my laptop was the 

solution: disable wired connection, leaving just one wireless conn -> ipconfig /release -> /renew

CD burning - across multiple disks

Nero may have this feature too.

2] modify ShowIcon value to 0 (zero) for invisible and 1 for visible.

B] To modify context text

2] modify Title value to text you want (e.g. - edit with npp++)

blogger - how to change post-page URL

http://www.google.com/support/forum/p/blogger/thread?tid=502d0c21647c55b5&hl=en explains that the per-page "post-page" URL is cast in stone at publish-time and immutable.

Copy the content from the old page to a new post. Delete the old one.

However, most people don't bother to read the URL. So i'd say focus on getting the post title right, and don't bother with imperfect working in the URL.
